This Motorcycle Battery comes with an acid pack and instructions on how to prepare, once the battery is filled it will need to be charged to complete the activation process.
PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT BATTERY BEFORE STARTING THE FILLING INSTRUCTIONS, WE CANNOT RETURN / EXCHANGE IF YOU HAVE THE INCORRECT BATTERY AND HAVE STARTED THE FILLING PROCESS.
FILLING INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Put the battery on to a flat, solid base and remove the foil strip from the battery.
2. Take the acid pack out of the box and the remove the plastic wrap.
3. Remove the Black sealing strip from the top of the Acid Pack and keep it to one side for use later on.
DO NOT REMOVE THE FOIL FROM THE ACID PACK
4. Press the Acid pack upside down on to the battery cell openings firmly and as far as it will go, the acid will be automaticly disperced to the correct level for each cell.
LEAVE THE BATTERY FOR A 30 MIN PERIOD
5. Remove the Empty Acid Pack and place the black sealer stip over the battery cells, press the black sealer strip down fully, once the battery is Sealed, it will not need to be opened again, doing to so will void any warranty.
6. Once the battery is filled and sealed it will need to be charged on a motorcycle or trickle charger to complete the activation process.
CHARGE ONCE FILLED TO COMPLETE THE ACTIVATION PROCESS
