We have many delivery options when you place your order online,
below is a list of some of the options that we offer.

Please note that all orders that we dispatch will require a signature.
Delivery can be made throughout the day, we are unable to give a specific time for delivery.

Economy Delivery	Normally 2-5 working day*, Available to most postcode areas.* Very Lightweight and low value orders only.	Calculated at checkout, dependant on delivery address and order size.
Standard Delivery	Normally 1-3 working day*, Available to all postcode areas.*	Calculated at checkout, dependant on delivery address and order size.
Next Day by 12.00	Available to mainland England and Wales only, order must be placed before 1PM*	Calculated at checkout, dependant on delivery address and order size.
Saturday Delivery	Available to mainland England and Wales, Southern Scotland only. order must be placed before 1PM on the Friday*	Calculated at checkout, dependant on delivery address and order size.
Pallet	Available to most areas, allow 2-3 days for delivery, intended for business / warehouse deliveries, when selecting this delivery you must ensure that you are able to unload the pallet(s) at your end. *	Calculated at checkout, dependant on delivery address and order size.
BT postcodes	Allow 2-4 days for delivery.*	Calculated at checkout, dependant on delivery address and order size.
International	Not bookable online, please contact us for details. Minimum orders and charges apply.

Note: Special ordered items:
*when ordering non stocked items / special order item / customised items / items that we build to order / or items that have a lead time, your order will be booked when the items become available on the delivery service that you have selected,
for example:
A special order item is ordered with a 2 day lead time and you have paid for a Next day by 12.00 delivery
- We will order the special order item and when it arrives to us 2 days later (or sooner if we have an early delivery) we will then book out your order for delivery on a Next day by 12.00.

Note: Timed / Saturday deliveries.
* When selecting a timed or Saturday delivery the courier will attempt when possible to deliver your parcel by the selected time or day, however this is not always possible, although most deliveries do not encounter any problems we do not guarantee any timed delivery, we can not ensure that by choosing any delivery option that the parcel will arrive before the selected time / day.
